Shipping and delivery

We offer free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the United States. Product availability and delivery options depend on your address and the item ordered. Available shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery estimates

Our current catalog ships from supplier facilities in China. Current supplier estimates are 1–3 days for processing plus 5–11 days for delivery after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Check the product page for item-specific information. Carrier delays, customs processing, holidays and other disruptions can affect delivery.

Tracking and separate parcels

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels. When tracking information becomes available, we will provide it through your order updates. Carrier tracking can take time to show its first scan.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need a correction or cancellation, contact us promptly through our Contact page. Once an order is being fulfilled or has shipped, we may be unable to change it; we will explain the available options.

Delivery help
